Account & Billing
How do I reset my password?
- Go to cybertask.com/forgot-password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for reset link
- Create a new password
Can I change my username?
Usernames cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully when signing up!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a student discount?
Yes! Students get 50% off with a valid .edu email address.
Technical Issues
VPN not connecting
- Update OpenVPN to the latest version
- Run with
sudo openvpn cybertask.ovpn - Check firewall — Allow UDP port 1194
- Try a different VPN server
Lab machine not responding
- Verify VPN connection is active
- Ping the target IP
- Try Reset button in lab panel
- Contact support if issue persists
Flag not accepted
- Check for extra spaces
- Ensure correct format (e.g.,
CTF{...}) - Flags are case-sensitive
