Account & Billing

How do I reset my password?
  1. Go to cybertask.com/forgot-password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for reset link
  4. Create a new password
Can I change my username?
Usernames cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully when signing up!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to SettingsBillingCancel Subscription. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a student discount?
Yes! Students get 50% off with a valid .edu email address.

Technical Issues

VPN not connecting
  1. Update OpenVPN to the latest version
  2. Run with sudo openvpn cybertask.ovpn
  3. Check firewall — Allow UDP port 1194
  4. Try a different VPN server
Lab machine not responding
  1. Verify VPN connection is active
  2. Ping the target IP
  3. Try Reset button in lab panel
  4. Contact support if issue persists
Flag not accepted
  • Check for extra spaces
  • Ensure correct format (e.g., CTF{...})
  • Flags are case-sensitive
